Good morning Himalayas, if you are well enough here is some work for you to complete.
Maths:
English:
- Today you will need to plan your own change story. Think about what could change your character's life and how this will happen. Think about Archie's Dream story map and how his life was changed. Here is the planning document.
- Then write the opening and build-up to your change story. Do not try and finish your story today as we want to make sure we are taking our time. Make sure you focus carefully on hooking the reader with your opening, the 4 W's, character descriptions focusing on descriptive features like show not tell, expanded noun phrases and then finally choosing the appropriate nouns and pronouns.
Computing:
- We have been looking at algorithms and programming in our computing lessons. Have a go at this online algorithm game to practice your skills.
Reading:
- Grab your favourite teddy, favourite book and find a comfy spot to read.
