 Good morning Osprey class,

I hope you are all well. You're half way through the week!

Keep going. You're doing great! 😃

Guided reading

For guided reading today I would like you to read chapter 3 of Charlotte's web.
Whilst you're reading think carefully about how the different characters might be feeling.

Spellings

Practise your spellings using the pyramid strategy or draw around each word.

P.E - Ball skills- Oak academy

(If you don't have a ball at home, don't worry you could have a go at a Joe Wicks workout instead)

French

Bonjour les balbuzards!

This half term is all about fruit! Before you listen to the song “Pommes Poire Pêche Abricot” can you predict what each of the fruit might be?

Now draw each of the four fruits and write its French and English name underneath. I wonder if you know any other French names for fruits?

une pomme (say “oon pom”) = an apple

une poire (say “oon pwah”) = a pear

une pêche (say “oon pesh”) = a peach

un abricot (say “on ab-ree-coh”) = an apricot

Play this colour match game to remind you of your colours and then have a go at the Les Fruit Bizzares worksheet. You need to read the phrases, colour the fruits and decide if each fruit is possible or impossible.
