If you are well enough, here is some work for you to complete today.

Maths:

• We are still looking at multiplying a 2-digit by a 1-digit number without exchanging. If you need to, watch the video from yesterday.

 

English:

• Today, we are going to be looking at setting descriptions. Look at the picture of London and think about what you can see and how you might describe it.
• Think about nouns, adjectives and verbs to help you write your setting description. Here are some of my examples.

 

Science:

• Have a look at this video on reflective materials. You have been asked to design a coat safe for children at night time. Remember to think about the reflective materials you will use, colours and the design. Annotate your design and explain why you have chosen to design your coat in a few sentences.

Spellings:

• It is your spelling test today. If possible, can you have a go at testing yourself on these spellings. Remember the suffix spelling rule of ‘ful’ and ‘ness’.
